PURPOSE: A device for preventing vibration in hydroextracting and method for controling vibration is provided which can control hydroextracting effectively in the state of being controlled vibration by making the center of weight of the water tank moved from the unbalanced state according to the unevenness of the laundry. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing vibration in hydroextracting is comprised of: a buffer tank(31) having water to maintain evenness of the weight center of a water tank(28) in hydroextracting and installed in the one side of the lower part of the water tank(28); a first motor(33) to make the remained water of the buffer tank(31) discharged after finishing hydroextract and installed in a discharging hose(32) of the buffer tank(31); and a first motor(35) to discharge water discharged in hydroextracting and installed in a main discharging hose(34) of the water tank(28). A method for preventing vibration is comprised of: the first stage to decide whether this state is hydroextract mode or not; the second stage to carry out hydroextract by making the condition of discharging after making the first motor operated and making motor operated if it is the hydroextract mode; the third stage to discharge remained water of the buffer tank by making the second motor operated after finishing hydroextract mode if the hydroextracting is finished; and the fourth stage to turn off the first and the second motor and finish hydroextract when the discharging of the remained water of the buffer tank is finished.
