PURPOSE: A window typed air conditioner is provided to prevent dew from being formed by venting cooled air to the upper surface or to the lower surface of a housing. CONSTITUTION: In operating of a window typed air conditioner(500), a motor is driven for rotating a blow fan(430). Therefore, outdoor air is flowed into a housing(400) through an absorbing grill(412). Then, the absorbed air is cooled by heat exchange for being guided to a vent duct(414) of cooled air through a circular hole(445) and a cooled air vent hole(450). Herein, the vent duct of cooled air is combined to an inserting groove(455) formed around the cooled air vent hole not to discharge cooled air to outside. Therefore, the generation of dew on the upper surface of the housing is prevented while improving cooling efficiency. |
