PURPOSE: An access device in a system using a common memory is provided, that a data BUS accesses the common memory in the system using a digital signal processor(DSP) and a memory, and to reduce data reading/recording time. CONSTITUTION: An access device in a system using a common memory has controller more than two. The device comprises an intermediator(101), a fast common memory(100), a latch circuit. The intermediator(101) intermediates a common memory access request from the controllers. The fast common memory(100) outputs data at a highest speed among the controller speeds. The latch circuit receives data according to a processing speed of the fast common memory(100), and outputs the data at a processing speed among a lower controller.
