METHOD OF CONTROLLING DISTRIBUTION OF PROPER CHARGED MATERIAL FOR HIGH PULVERIZED COAL RATIO

PURPOSE: A method of controlling the distribution of charged material is provided to secure smooth gas flow and air permeability of central, intermediate and wall portions of a blast furnace and to control gas temperature of the same portions of the furnace. CONSTITUTION: A charging amount of central coke is adjusted if the surface gas temperature exceeds the range of 400-600°C after starting to charge the central coke per two charges. The reference of the charging amount is more or less than 0.5ton/ch based on 4.0-5.0ton/2ch and additionally adjusted after 8 hours if the temperature of a central portion does not reach the temperature range. The charging amount of coke is also adjusted if the surface gas temperature of an intermediate portion exceeds the range of 50-200°C. The reference is about 0.2ton/ch based on the 2.5-3.0ton/ch and additionally adjusted after 16 hours if in the same case. The surface gas temperature of a wall portion is adjusted through average notch frequency of iron ores if the temperature exceeds the range of 80-300°C.
