PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a swash plate of a hydraulic pump is provided to convert a stroke in a shortest and most appropriate time period when the stroke is changed, and smoothly perform the casting of concrete. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling a swash plate of a hydraulic pump in a hydraulic system, in which a main hydraulic pump(1) is driven by power supply of an engine mounted on a chassis, a feed pump(2) drives a control valve(3) for pushing a swash plate(1') by a relief valve, and first and second cylinders(7,8) is provided with fluid by a pressure or fluid generated by the main hydraulic pump to supply concrete to a desired place, a relief valve operational with high pressure is provided instead of the relief valve and an accumulator(2') is mounted with a predetermined distance from the main hydraulic pump instead of the feed pump.
