PURPOSE: A method for a multi-functional incoming converter is provided that calls to be incoming in future are simultaneously registered, changed, and confirmed as various time zones in an exchange, according to a subscriber's plan, to a place which the subscriber can answer. CONSTITUTION: A method for a multi-functional incoming converter with a storer and a time sensor, comprises the steps of: deciding whether an incoming converting function is set, when a call incoming signal is inputted; deciding whether contents of an incoming conversion is registered in the storer, when the incoming converting function is set; detecting present time, through the time sensor, when the contents of the incoming conversion is registered in the storer; and converting the incoming to correspond to present time by comparing and deciding the detected present time with the contents of the incoming conversion in the storer.
