PURPOSE: A device for locking a controller of height for a seat in a vehicle is provided to stably lock and remove a state after operating a connecting shaft connected to interlock with an elevating device to control a height of the seat. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft(200) combined with a lever(600) is fixed, a plate spring(500) pushes an upper part of a rotating arm(400) and a gear portion(420) of the rotating arm(400) is geared in a gear portion(120) of a case(100). Thereby a state after controlling a height of a seat is locked by restricting a rotation of the rotating shaft(200) connected with an elevating device of a seat. The gear portion(420) of the rotating arm(400) combined in a supporting plate(300) to be able to rotate is fixed by gearing in the gear portion(120). Thereby an exact and stable locking is performed without generating a sliding.
