DEVICE FOR MEASURING AND CONTROLLING HARDENING DEGREE OF THIN FILM FOR DOUBLE ROLL THIN FILM CASTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A device for measuring and controlling hardening degree of thin film for a double roll thin film casting device are provided to cast thin film of uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: An intensity of an image measured by an image analyzer(41) is high, and then the hardening degree in a hardening shell contacting to molten metal and rolls(3,4) is high. Mixed gas containing high ratio of argon gas is sprayed to the hardening shell via a gas supply hole(33). The open degree of a control valve(35) of the gas supply line supplying argon gas as a valve controller is expanded to reduce cooling performance of the rolls. If the intensity is low, the hardening degree in the hardening shell is low. Thus, the mixed gas containing high ratio of nitrogen gas is sprayed to the hardening shell. The open degree of the control valve is expanded to elevate cooling performance of the rolls.
