MULTI-LAYERED COMPLEX TYPE METHOD FOR WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: A waterproof constructing method of multi-layered complex type is provided to be able to construct to fit for a requesting condition of various kinds of building structures. CONSTITUTION: A 45-50wt/5 asphalt of an 85-100 penetration and a 10-20wt% brown asphalt of the 10-20 penetration are melted and mixed at 120-170°C. A styrene butadiene styrene(SBS) synthetic rubber of 10-15wt%, a naphthalene oil of 10-15wt%, a CaCO3 of 8-10wt% and a petroleum resin 5-8wt% are mixed by heating and agitating at 150-170°C. A waterproof agent of rubber asphalt film is produced at 140°C by maturing for 1-2hours after mixing mixtures at 150-170°C.
