PURPOSE: A battery pack locker of a cellular phone is provided continuously to execute smoothly locking operation as the locker is operated by an elasticity of spring, by separating a locker from a battery pack frame. CONSTITUTION: In a battery pack locker of a cellular phone, the cellular phone is composed of a body(140), a battery pack(100), and a locker. The locker is comprises a locker housing(101), a locker(110), and a spring(120). The locker housing(101) had an inserter shaping to be projected at a front side surface of the battery pack. The locker(110) is inserted on a lower side surface of the inserter, and combined with a hinge to move an end part thereof. The locker(101) is projected to an exterior of the inserter, and creates a hooker inserted on an inserted groove of the body(140) on a proper position. The locker creates a hinge arm having a hinge hole at an end part, and is composed of a free end(112) and a lever in a plate-type(111). The free end(112) creates a hooker on a front center. The lever in the plate-type(111) is positioned vertically on a higher end of the free end(112). The spring(120) is inserted within the inserter, to push the hooker to an exterior.
