The plate has parallel front and rear surfaces, and smooth edges at right angles to them. The openings (9) are in several sections, with two coaxial ones joining the front and rear surfaces to each other and parallel to the edges (2). These are at a distance from the edges equal to half the width of the latter. They are joined to the surfaces of the edges by two sections parallel to the front surface, and which are midway between the front and rear surfaces and at right angles to those of the edges. The sections of the openings can be cylindrical, and their walls can be reinforced.
