PURPOSE: A functional sheet is provided which has excellent antibacterial property and deodorization efficiency, providing comfort to the places where fungi are apt to breed and an offensive odor is emitted, raises temperature due to generation of radiated heat, thereby reducing energy consumption, radiates far infrared light, thereby reducing tired feeling, and especially prohibits penetration-photographing of ultraviolet penetrating camera. CONSTITUTION: A functional sheet is prepared by coating a sheet with a functional composition comprising 70 - 85 % by weight of powdery elvan calcined at high temperature, 1 - 5 % by weight of chitosan, 10 - 15 % by weight of an aqueous acrylic binder, and 5 - 10 % by weight of a latex, on the basis of dry weight.
