METHOD FOR SOLDERING TUNER PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE: A method for soldering a tuner PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to suppress the generation of inferiority by preventing interference between components installed on the PCB in a cream soldering process of a tuner. CONSTITUTION: A method for soldering a tuner PCB improves the quality and the reliability of a product by suppressing the inferiority of soldering of each component installed on the PCB. The method includes the steps of: coating a solder paste(120) in a guide land(112) using a metal mask; coating a solder paste(120) on a hole land(111) formed in the center of the guide land where the solder paste coated on the guide land is first-hardened; and inserting leads(141) of every components(140) into a lead hole(110) of the PCB after coating the solder paste on the hole land, and then soldering by second-hardening.
