摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic controller for pressure supplied to a hydraulic cylinder of a final finishing mill is provided to secure the stable action of an automatic valve and to automatically control a finishing mill by reducing fluid pressure for the valve. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reduction control unit(30) outputs proper supplied hydraulic pressure(Po) by reducing hydraulic pressure(Ps) of a pump through a pressure reducing valve. An on/off valve of a main pipe(20) is opened, but another valve of a bypass pipe is closed to supply the hydraulic pressure(Po) to a finishing mill. The supplied hydraulic pressure is proper for operating a servo-valve stably to work a solenoid valve of the finishing mill. Thus, the quality of rolling material is enhanced by stabilizing the control of a finishing mill, and the life span of hydraulic units are lengthened by preventing the hydraulic units from being damaged by high pressure.
