摘要 PURPOSE: A flux velocity measuring circuit is provided to minimize error in a fluid temperature measurement and compensate for the temperature of current flowing into a resist device by disregarding heating by current of the resist device for fluid temperature measurement. CONSTITUTION: A flux velocity measuring circuit includes a voltage distributor. The distributor includes an OP amplifier(M1), a transistor(Tr1) and resistors(R3,R4,R5,R6) for voltage reduction and static current source, which are installed between a resistor(RH) for fluid velocity measurement and a resistor(RC) for fluid temperature measurement. On the resistor(RC) for fluid temperature measurement, a resistor(R2) is connected to an emitter end of the transistor(Tr1). A resistor(R2) for temperature difference adjustment is connected to a collect end of the transistor(Tr1). A resistor(R7) and a resistor(R8) are in series connected to a resist device(RK) for flux velocity measurement.
