METHOD FOR OUTPUTTING PICTURE OF CELLULAR PHONE

PURPOSE: A method for outputting pictures of cellular phones is provided so that cellular phone users can decorate liquid crystal display(LCD) screens with pictures selected according to the cellular phone users' personalities by outputting original picture files on the LDC screens having graphic modes or outputting one part of the picture files to an entire screen. CONSTITUTION: A method for outputting pictures of cellular phones comprises the steps of: converting data files for visual outputs into text files, and storing the text files; and outputting the stored text files as picture forms. The stored text files are processed as regular dot units, when the text files are output as the picture forms. One part of the stored text files is processed as one image frame unit, when the stored text files are output as the picture forms.
