PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an advertisement voice message is provided to give a toll free call opportunity to a local loop subscriber, so that the local loop subscriber can call other subscriber, when the local loop subscriber listens to an advertisement over the phone. CONSTITUTION: A method for transmitting an advertisement voice message comprises the steps of: connecting an optional local loop subscriber with an optional local loop; making the optional subscriber listen to an advertisement supplied from the local loop; making the subscriber call an optional destination local loop subscriber. The step of making the local loop subscriber call the destination subscriber comprises the steps of: deciding a connected state with the local loop subscriber; if a response from the optional subscriber is generated, progressing a first call between the optional subscriber and the destination subscriber during a regular time; if the regular time elapses, supplying a second advertisement to both subscribers; completing the advertisement, and supplying a second call to the both of the subscribers; if a regular time elapses after completing the second call, supplying a third advertisement to the both of the subscribers, and completing the call.
