PURPOSE: A structure of pulley installed in a power steering pump of a vehicle is provided not to separate a combining member of pulley from the pulley, to reduce a producing cost by injection-molding the pulley with a synthetic resin and to improve a hardness of the pulley by developing the pulley and the combining member to be able to endure a maximum resistance of rotating force at a rotation. CONSTITUTION: A combining member(20) is inserted in a feeding slot(11) of a pulley(10). A hanging protrusion(12) protruded in an inner circumferential face of the feeding slot(11) is inserted in a hanging groove(21) of the combining member(20). A key protrusion(13) is combined in a key groove(22). Thereby the combining member(20) is firmly fixed in the pulley(10). Then a driving belt(30) is installed in a belt installing portion(14) of the pulley(10) after fixing a pump shaft(40) in a combining slot(23) of the combining member(20). The key protrusion is protruded in the feeding slot and the key groove and a nulling are formed by corresponding to the key projection. A separation of the combining member generated a lower resistant force than a standard measured value of maximum rotating force is prevented by obtaining the higher measured value than the measured value of maximum rotating force at a tortional test.
