PURPOSE: A duct structure of air cleaner of automobile is provided to achieve an enhanced volumetric efficiency and output of engine while increasing a speed of air passing through the duct and an amount of air intake per unit time. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure of air cleaner of automobile in which an inlet manifold and the air cleaner are connected so as to supply a cylinder with a filtered air, the duct(30) having at an inner periphery thereof a plurality of spiral ribs(40) of which heights are increased toward the inlet manifold, thus increasing a flux of air supplied from the air cleaner to the inlet manifold.
