PURPOSE: A device is provided to continuously weld a boiler nozzle, to make a bead external look good and to minimize the number of grinding processes in order to increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: In order to weld a nozzle by a device, the diameter of a drum should be more than 800mm and the nozzle should be 2 to 10 inch. The device is installed in the nozzle by an interlocking chuck(15) and automatically rotates along the nozzle. After the device rotates one time, an arc is intercepted and an apparatus stops working. Then, the slag is removed and the device welds the nozzle again, rotating reversely.
