PURPOSE: A composition for conditioning shampoo is provided which is excellent in conditioning effect using zwiterionic or nonionic surfactant and zwiterionic polymer instead of anionic surfactant as conditioning agent. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises 0.1-20 wt.% of alkylamphodialkylcarboxylate as zwiterionic surfactant, 0.1-20 wt.% of alkylpolyglucoside as nonionic surfactant, and 0.1-3 wt.% of polyquarternum-10 as zwiterionic polymer for conditioning agent. It prevents the static electricity so that it has the excellent conditioning effect, and it has the same activities of foaming and washing as the existing shampoo using the anionic surfactant.
