PURPOSE: A programming device of nonvolatile memory is provided to reduce a programming time. CONSTITUTION: A programming device of nonvolatile memory contains a decoder(10) decoding address, plural address registers(30), plural data registers(40), and a pipeline control unit(20). The address registers temporarily store decoded address from the decoder according to a first enable signal. Herein, the address in the address register maintains the value until completing programming of corresponding word. The data registers temporarily store data inputted according to a second enable signal. The pipeline control unit outputs the enable signals for controlling the address and the data registers. Thus, the pipeline control unit operates programming for memory cell arrays(50) in a pipeline method.
