A system is provided for processing and delivering service usage and status data collected from diverse sources. The sources are typically various endpoint service monitoring devices owned by one or more clients. The data collected from the endpoint service monitoring devices is first parsed into a common format. When requested or in accordance with a schedule, data associated with a given client is then translated from the common format into a format specified by the client (typically a format compatible with the client's existing information system). The translated data is then delivered to the client.
