PURPOSE: A sorter of a printer is provided to sort papers by controlling a plurality of bins and doors by a single solenoid, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A sorter(212) of a printer includes a plurality of doors(D1-D3) respectively mounted at an entrance of a plurality of bins(BIN1-BIN3) for guiding papers to a corresponding bin or other pin via a plurality of rollers(R2-R10), a lever(L) for driving the doors, a solenoid(S) for driving the doors by proving power supply to the lever, a timing belt for conveying the lever to a selected door position, a motor(M) for providing power supply to the timing belt, and a control part for controlling the driving of the motor and the solenoid according to a selection of a user.
