PURPOSE: A compensation method is provided to increase the adhesiveness of an adherent by using a light cable sheet having an excellent impregnation property instead of a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A lower and an upper fixing plate(10,14) are formed in a shape that facing faces are matched one another. Plural holes(22) in which an anchor bolt(18) and a rivet(16) are inserted are formed along with the length direction. A cable sheet(8) is placed between the fixing plates, and the rivet fixes the upper and lower fixing plates together. The anchor bolt is penetrated through the holes formed on the fixing plate and is inserted in a beam into a certain depth. Thus, the upper and lower fixing plates are fixed on the beam.
