发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING DISPERSION STRENGTHENED COPPER ALLOY HAVING HIGH CONDUCTION AND STRENGTH IN HIGH TEMPERATURE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce copper alloy having excellent strength in high temperature by regularly dispersing fine titanium boride with a reactivity spraying molding method. CONSTITUTION: A Cu-Ti mother alloy is molten in a temperature of 1100 to 1600°C and molded by spraying. A Cu-B alloy is sprayed through an injector to be a column shaped molding material. Then, the fine Cu-B powder is mixed with molten Cu-Ti to form titanium boride such as TiB, TiB2, Ti3B4 and so on in low temperature. The molding material is hot processed in a temperature of 500 to 1000°C or cold processed in a temperature of 200°C. The process increases density of the molding material and fining crystallization in order to harden the molding material. Then, the titanium boride strengthened copper alloy forms fine strengthened particles so as to have remarkably higher strength than the present molding material.
