METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DESILICONIZING AGENT OF MOLTEN IRON WITH HOT-ROLLED OIL SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a desiliconizing agent of molten iron with hot-rolled oil sludge is provided to prevent and stabilize the foaming of slag and to enhance desiliconizing effect by applying hot-rolled oil sludge from hot rolling. CONSTITUTION: To manufacture a desiliconizing agent of molten iron, 84-92wt% of hot-rolled oil sludge, 5-9wt% of sodium silicate and 3-7wt% of granulated blast furnace slag is mixed to be manufactured as a pellet. Not less than 90% of the pellet preferably has a particle size of 1-30mm.
