PURPOSE: A method of producing a zero-close current transformer is provided to be capable of excluding a pin cutting process and enhancing the dimension accuracy by using pins of constant length, of preventing the damage of a coil by dipping the pins having the coil wound, and of remarkably enhancing the flatness against the attachment surface with an electronic circuit board by extracting the pins toward a flat case surface. CONSTITUTION: First, two pins(1) of constant length are inserted into two through holes(5) formed a case(3) of a central column(4). Then, a winding core(2) is coupled to the central column(4) of the case(3), and then coil lines are wound on the upper parts of the pins(1) to be dipped. At this status, the pins(1) are downwardly pushed to pass through the case(3) and then epoxy(6) is injected into the case for molding.
