PURPOSE: A casting method of a cylinder head is provided to increase the strength of a core and to reduce defects. CONSTITUTION: A core(5) for an exhaust port, a core(6) for a refrigerant passage and cores(7,7') for a cam riser are molded by sand. A core(4) for an intake port is formed by a pipe of steel or aluminum. After combining an upper mold with a lower mold, melted liquid is injected to a melted liquid inlet(8). A shape of a cylinder head is formed by filling the melted liquid in a mold. The cores are not filled by the melted liquid. Therefore, the cylinder head of a wanted shape is produced.
