METHOD FOR COATING A VIBRATIONAL MOTOR

PURPOSE: A method for coating a vibrational motor is provided to form a coating layer uniformly and improve the reliability of the product by restraining the corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A brush base(20) which is connected to a connector is inserted into one end of a cylindrical case(10) through a lead wire(21). A through-hole(22) which is communicated with the inner surface of the case is formed in the brush base(20). A washer(W) is disposed in the through-hole(22) of the brush base(20). A housing(30) in which an insertion hole is formed is integrally formed with the other end of the case(10). One end of the housing(30) is extended towards the interior of the case(10). A guide hole(32) is formed in the central surface of the housing(30). A commutator(40) is located on the inner surface of the case which is adjacent to the brush base(20). A shaft(50) is provided at the central portion of the case(10). One end of the shaft(50) is extended to a position which is adjacent to the inner peripheral surface of the brush base(20).
