FABRICATION METHOD OF BACK PANEL FOR PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of back panel for plasma display device is provided to prevent the failure of the back panel by using an embossing die by pressing a green tape stack body with the embossing die of carbon material and then removing the embossing die from the stack body through plasticize process. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of back panel for plasma display device comprises steps of: (a) preparing an embossing die consisted of a carbon plate; (b) stacking plural ceramic tapes on a metal substrate to form a simultaneous stack body; (c) pressing the simultaneous stack body with the embossing die to emboss the simultaneous stack body; and (d) simultaneously plasticizing the embossing die and the simultaneous stack body coupled by the step (c).
