ASYNCHRONOUS REAL-TIME CONTROL DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC WIRE BONDER

摘要

PURPOSE: An asynchronous device is provided to increase productivity by controlling real-time multi-operations asynchronously by priority and spontaneous suspension techniques. CONSTITUTION: A asynchronous real-time control device for automatic wire bonder consists of 5 parts. The device includes the input part that transmit requests of users to other operation units, the operation unit processing part that inform users progress situation of the message and bonding, the operation unit control part that control mechanical parts of the wire bonder and the operation unit interfacing part that transmit the signal to the wire bonder. By operation-distributing method through spontaneous suspension, the device can control multi operation unit parts asynchronously.
