FABRICATION METHOD OF BACK PANEL FOR PDP

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of back panel for PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to suppress error discharge between adjacent cells due to irregularity in height of barrier ribs. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of back panel for PDP comprises: a first step forming barrier ribs(23) on the back substrate(20) on which address electrodes(21) are formed; and a second step forming electrodes(30) for shielding electric field on the barrier ribs. The address electrodes(21) are previously formed on the back substrate(20) and white dielectric(22) is formed on overall structure. The electrodes(30) are formed by screen printing or sputtering. The electrodes(30) consists of one of Cr, Cu, Au, Ag, Al or compound thereof.
