PURPOSE: A cam shaft cover coupling structure is provided to achieve an enhanced sealing performance of a coupling hole while pressedly fixing via a bolt a ring-shaped second sealing member, a washer, and a first sealing member onto a bent surface formed at a top end of the coupling hole of the cam shaft cover. CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft cover coupling structure comprises a bent surface(42) formed as being bent multiple times at a top end of a coupling hole(40a) of a cam shaft cover(40) and which has at a lower end thereof a safe loading surface(44), a first sealing member(50) an external surface of which is bent to have a shape corresponding to the bent surface(42) and which has at an interior thereof a stepped portion(52), a washer member(60) having a stepped portion(62) in correspondence with the stepped portion(52) of the first sealing member(50), a second sealing member(70) loaded into the stepped portion(62) of the washer member(60), and a bolt(80) inserted into the coupling hole(40a) of the cover(40) such that the second sealing member(70), washer member(60), and the first sealing member(50) are sequentially and pressedly fixed onto the bent surface(42) at the top end of the coupling hole(40a).
