摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic welder of a crawler travelling type is provided to enable a welding robot or a welder to move around a welded part in a state of being loaded on the crawler. CONSTITUTION: An action of crossing over an obstacle is performed through an endless track(12) arranged on both sides of a crawler vehicle body(14) as the same as the existing crawler. Herein, the crawler vehicle body moves up to around a welded part, and a welder(48) comes near the welded part through the rotation of pair of rows of link assembly bodies(26) and the reciprocal movement of a slider(18). Then, an elevation panel(30) regulates the position of the welder up and down, and the welder performs welding. Thereby, the welder is placed on one side of the crawler vehicle body since the link assembly is rotated. The other side of the crawler vehicle body is a free face so that it enters even at a narrow place. Further, the slider takes charge of some of the distance that the welder is moved, so that the movement distance of the crawler vehicle body is reduced during a welding work.
