PURPOSE: A method of remotely controlling testing processes for a base station power/transmission path is provided to reduce a malfunctioning time, by using a wireless paging system to quickly restore a malfunctioning equipment, so that the malfunctioning equipment can be quickly restored, without controlling the testing processes on the spot. CONSTITUTION: A method for remotely controlling testing processes for a base station power/transmission path is applied to a system for remotely controlling the testing processes. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a self message received through a wireless paging receiver, and analyzing the message to identify whether a password and data are correct; deciding whether the received data is for a transmission path testing command or for a base station power controlling command; if the data is for the base station power controlling command, controlling a switch to turn off base station power required during a predetermined time, and connecting the power again to executing a resetting process; if the data is for the transmission path testing command, controlling a corresponding switch to turn on a loop for a line required, and remotely executing a testing process for the transmission path to turn off the loop. |
