PURPOSE: An apparatus for rearranging CC(Closed Caption) data of an ATV(Advanced Television) is provided to rearrange a transmitting order of digital CC data included in user data within MPEG2 video stream. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for rearranging CC data of an ATV comprises a detection portion(10,20,30), a buffering portion(50,60,80), a determination portion(40), and a control portion(70). The detection portion detects CC data of each type from video information. The buffering portion stores I-type CC data, P-type CC data, and B-type CC data in a transmitting order and rearranges the CC data according to a displaying order of each type video information. The determination portion determines types of the CC data detected from the video information. The control portion controls storing and outputting of the CC data according to types of the determined CC data. |
