SYNTHETIC OLIGOPEPTIDE FOR DIAGNOSIS OF HAEMORRHAGE FEVER WITH RENAL SYNDROME AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Synthetic oligopeptide containing the amino acid sequence of -VRDAEKQYEKD-, at between 25-35 from amino terminal of Hantaan virus nucleocapsid protein, and synthetic oligopeptide containing the amino acid sequence of -VKDAEKQYEKD-, at between 25-35 from amino terminal of Seoul virus nucleocapsid protein, are provided. The synthetic oligopeptides are used as diagnostic antigens of haemorrhage fever with renal syndrome. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic method of haemorrhage fever with renal syndrome is carried out by the enzyme immuno assay investigating the antigen-antibody reactivity of the oligopeptide with the serum of patients.
