发明名称 PRODUCTION PROCESS OF NICKEL-ZINC COMPLEX OXIDATION POWDER USING ZINC-NICKEL PLATING WASTE LIQUID
摘要 PURPOSE: A nickel-zinc complex oxidation powder is provided which uses a zinc-nickel plating wasted liquid to obtain a ferrite source that is used as a starting material of nickel-zinc-copper ferrite or so on. CONSTITUTION: A production process is as follows: (1) a first step wherein a ferrous ion with 25-50 ppm is added to a zinc-nickel plating wasted liquid, a hydrogen peroxide with over a half as much as the mole ratio of the added ferrous ion, an alkali component is added to adjust pH as 3.5-5.5 and produce a sludge, the produced sludge solution is stirred and ripen for 0.5-3hours with keeping the temperature at 30-80°C to adsorb a silicone and the solution is filtered to eliminate impurities; (2) a second wherein a zinc powder as much as over the mole number of a nickel is added to the filtered solution to recover a nickle as metallic oxide in the nickel-zinc complex form; (3) a third wherein the metallic oxide is repeatedly filtered, washed and dried to eliminate impurities; and (4) a fourth wherein the solution is treated with heat at over 600°C under oxidic condition.
