PURPOSE: A device for transceiving a telephone number of a cellular phone, is provided to transceive a telephone number of a third person even during a speech by a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A device for transceiving a telephone number of a cellular phone, comprises a receiver(100), a transmitter(102), a storage(104), a display(106), a key input circuit(108), and a controller(110). The receiver(100) receives a wireless signal of a cellular phone. The transmitter(102) transmits a wireless signal of a cellular phone. The storage(104) stores a telephone number and a name. The display(106) displays at least a telephone number and name. The key input circuit(108) having at least a storage key for storing a telephone number and name, a search key for searching the stored telephone number and name, and a transmission key for transmitting the searched telephone number. And the controller(110) reads and displays a telephone number and name, stored in the storage(104), in the display(106) when a search key is inputted from the key input circuit(108) during a speech. Also, the controller(110) controls the telephone number and name presently displayed in the display(106) to be inputted to the transmitter(102) when a transmission key is inputted from the key input circuit(108), and divides signals of telephone number and name mixed with a wireless signal received from the receiver(100) during a speech and controls the divided signals to be displayed in the display(106).
