PURPOSE: A method for controlling translation of anisotropic conductive film and a rotation table when the anisotropic conductive film is pressed is provided to actuate XY&thgr; table simply. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling translation of anisotropic conductive film and a rotation table when the anisotropic conductive film is pressed includes following steps. At the first step, reference points(P1 to P6) of lead member(1') of X1.X12 and X21.X22 position and Y11 position of Y1 and Y2 and Y21 position is to aligned with a one(0h) of pressure head(22) when each lead member(1') is matched with the pressure head(22). At the second step, following mathematical equation is met when the distance from the one(0h) to a one(0a) of the TMA(1) is denoted as dx and dy, and the distances between the 0a to the reference points is px, py.
