METHOD OF REPORTING STATUS INFORMATION IN COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method of reporting status information in a communication network system is provided to enable the system operator to acknowledge and manage the status information in his communication network system in remote area by transmitting the information to the cellular phone with message service through mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: A method of reporting status information in the communication network system comprises the steps of: through error sensing processor, detecting errors in the system(101) and extracting the system operator's phone number(102); transmitting the phone number with that information to information provider system(103); after editing the information and the phone number, sending to SMSC(SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE CENTER)(104); through SMSC, forming the information into message data and confirming the location of the proper cellular phone from home location register and connecting to the cellular phone by MSC(MOBILE SWITCH CENTER)(105); transmitting the information into the phone's display in case of successful connection(107); re-sending the information according to the algorithm in case of failing to connect the phone or send the message data.
