PURPOSE: A computer video karaoke system based on a communication is provided to transmit requested data to a karaoke after transmitting updating data through a public network, by use of a central managers having each interface circuit to communicate with a server and the karaoke interactively, and that a user transmits a specific data to the central mangers fro the karaoke. CONSTITUTION: A computer video karaoke system based on a communication comprises karaoke data, a karaoke(more than one piece) and a central manager(210). The central manager(210) has a first communication interface circuit(215) and a second communication interface circuit(216). The first communication interface circuit(215) mediates an interactive communication with a server or download of updating data. The second communication interface circuit(216) mediates an interactive local area communication with the karaoke. The central manager(210) interfaces into a menu type on an initial screen, main screen of video displayer which has manages the karaoke and communication interactively, which mediate the first/second communication interface circuit. Each karaoke has a third communication interface circuit(217). The third communication interface circuit(217) responds to the second communication interface circuit, to mediate an interactive local area communication with the central manager.
