PURPOSE: A heat transfer paper is provided, which is heat transferred not only by printing but also by drawing and writing by a hand. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer paper comprises a releasing paper (11); a print transfer layer (21) comprising the thermoplastic resin powder selected from the group consisting of polyurethane resin, nylon, acryl resin, epoxy resin, amide resin and their mixture, an inorganic filler selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, talc, silica and their mixture, and a thermoplastic resin for fixation; and an ink coagulating layer (22) comprising a cationic surfactant.
