PURPOSE: An output driving circuit is provided to be capable of adjusting a driving capacity so as to compensate a variation of an operation variable according to a process, a voltage and a temperature. CONSTITUTION: An output driving circuit comprises a plurality of unit driving cells each of which is connected to an output pad and consists of a driving control signal generating part(300) and a pull-up and pull-down driving part(310). The driving control signal generating part(300) generates driving control signals(dcon1,dcon2) in response to a corresponding enable signal(enable), a corresponding control signal(control) and a data signal(data). The pull-up and pull-down driving part(310) drives an output terminal(pad) in response to the driving control signals(dcon1,dcon2). When either one of the driving control signals(dcon1,dcon2) is at an inactive state, the output terminal(pad) is maintained at a high-impedance.
