PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a frame of a high-level data link control(HDLC) in a wireless local loop(WLL) data communication matching apparatus is provided to process an E/LAPD protocol to a 16th channel in a RPC(radio port controller) and performing a call process by extracting pure data information among character data information and removing a HDLC header and a CRC(cyclic redundancy check) bit in a hardware. CONSTITUTION: An E1 framer and transceiver server(21) converts a Rl/RNG signal inputted to an E1 line into a TTL signal. A HDLC controller array(22) transmits and receives signals through the E1 framer and transceiver server(21) and the E1. An IPC communication unit(23) is connected to the HDLC controller array(22) and a data bus, and performs an IPC process. A CPU(24) extracts a HDLC frame among traffic information inputted through the HDLC controller array(22) in a software, transmits data to an IOMM or a RPMI through the IPC communication unit(23), and performs control and maintenance functions of various chips. An EPLD(25) generates selecting signals of various chips, and is operated as a clock dividing circuit.
