PURPOSE: A method for receiving and reproducing music files is provided, so that a user can be supplied with the music files required regardless of places, by receiving the music files transmitted from a portable wireless communication terminal to reproduce the transmitted music files. CONSTITUTION: A method for receiving and reproducing music files in a portable wireless communication terminal, comprises the steps of: connecting with a server of a music files provider, and requesting a music files transmission required; wirelessly receiving the music files transmitted from the server, and designating addresses for the received music files to store the music files; and reading the music files corresponding to the designated addresses to reproduce the music files, and outputting the music files.
