PURPOSE: A device for supervising, checking and analyzing defect in the electric system of a hot rolling process is provided to supply an initial defect generated location in case of spreading the interception of circuit breaker to the entire system for supplying an alarming message and for supplying required commands to an operator. CONSTITUTION: A device contains a signal detecting unit(10) and a signal processing unit(20). Herein, the signal detecting unit detects electric signal, a rolling operating signal, and a circuit breaker signal for the signal processing unit to process the inputted signals from the signal detecting unit. Moreover, the device contains a transferring unit(30), an information treating unit(40), and a monitor unit(50). Herein, the transferring unit transfers the signal processed in the signal processing unit, and the information treating unit treats the signal transferred from the transferring unit for displaying information for monitoring and maintaining. Moreover, the monitor unit displays the information of detecting, maintaining, and defect states by using a short-distance communication network. Herein, signal detecting unit is composed of an electric PLC(111), a rolling operating PLC(312), a circuit breaker controller(213), and a signal collecting unit(215). Herein, the electric PLC controls the hot rolling electric system, and the rolling operating PLC generates various rolling operating data by receiving electricity. The circuit breaker controller displays the on/off states of the electric system circuit breaker, and the signal controlling unit treats the signal of the circuit breaker controller after extracting the signal.
