PURPOSE: A method for producing highly purified steel is provided to enhance the efficiency of a vacuum refining process even using a cheap material and to improve a purity degree even when the use amount of an adding material is small. CONSTITUTION: Steel is produced in a first steel manufacturing furnace such as an electric or an electronic furnace and is put into a ladle. A deposition pipe is inserted in molten steel put in a ladle such as RH or DH before being sent to a casting process. An alloy is added up in the molten steel at a point when a certain time passes after decarbonizing the molten steel with aluminium or silicon at a lower pressure than the atmosphere pressure, or the mixture of aluminium oxides is added up. Herein, the alloy contains a hydrogen element.
