PURPOSE: A device for preventing over frosting in an evaporator by using a freezing circuit is provided to operate the functions of refrigerating, freezing, and frosting by alternately operating a freezing cycle and a defrosting cycle by installing a rotary valve between a frosting plate and a spool valve. CONSTITUTION: Coolant flowed out of a compressor is flowed into a valve chamber(27) by passing through a hydraulic line(53) and a hydraulic port(b) for being flowed into a condenser by passing through a port(f) and a hydraulic line(57). Then, the coolant with low temperature and high pressure is flowed into a second spool valve by passing through the hydraulic line and a port(k) for being flowed out to a hydraulic line through a port(m). The pressure of the coolant is released by passing through the capillary of the hydraulic line, and the coolant is evaporated by passing through an evaporator to form cool air. The evaporated coolant is flowed into a rotary valve(23) through a port(h) along a line(69) to be flowed out to a hydraulic line(71) through the port. The coolant cools a frosting plate by passing through a frosting evaporator. Thus, the moisture included in the cool air is frosted. The coolant is flowed into a first spool valve(21) through a hydraulic line(55), a branched pipe(59), and a port(c) for being flowed into a line(51) through a port(a). Moreover, the coolant is returned to the compressor for completing one cycle of cooling operation.
